Lic. iur. Cornelia Diedrichsen, Partner

I grew up in Zug, graduated from the University of Zurich in 1998 and qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2001. At the beginning of my professional career, I worked in a corporate law firm and as judicial clerk at the administrative court of the Canton of Zug. Thereafter, I worked for ten years in the legal department of a global commodity company. In 2017, I founded Diedrichsen Advokatur Notariat.

Over the past 15+ years, I have developed a vast experience in providing Swiss and international legal advice.

Born and raised in Zug, I graduated from the University of Lucerne in 2014. After being admitted to the bar, I worked for two corporate law firms in Zug, and since 2020 as an independent lawyer and notary in my own law firm Baumgartner legal, while also serving as general counsel for two national sports federations.

Over the past years, I have gained experience in various fields of law and have specialized in the areas of corporate law, notarial services, debt collection and bankruptcy law as well as sports law and services in the sports sector.

Fabian Steinmann,
BLaw, Junior Associate

I was fascinated by law from my early teens and managed to structure my education to start law school as early as possible. After successfully completing my Bachelor of Law degree, I am currently working on completing my Master of Law degree. As a junior associate, I support the partners in all areas of law in which they are active.

I have always shared my enthusiasm for law with my passion for ice hockey. I went through all junior levels of EVZ and some at SC Bern. Simultaneously while studying for my Bachelor of Law degree, I was able to gain experience in the Swiss professional ice hockey league. The Swiss Championship title and promotion to 2nd highest league with EHC Basel in 2022 are some of my proudest successes in sport.

Petra Helfenstein,
Head of Administration

Since September 2019, I have been in charge of the office secretariat and guarantee the smooth running of the office. After completing an apprenticeship as a druggist and a commercial degree, I gained a lot of experience in project planning, customer care and administration at a marketing company and a Swiss industrial company over several years. I find a balance to my professional life in nature and sports.

I am available to our clients for their needs in German and English.

Bettina Niederer,

I have been supporting the firm as office manager and paralegal since September 2021. After completing my studies in biology and working as a scientific assistant at the University of Zurich, I pursued equestrian sports at a semi-professional level in Switzerland and abroad and have remained faithful to this sport to this day.

I support our clients with their questions and concerns in German, English and French.

Our working languages are German and English.
